This painting was a special commission I created for a friend who visited the Patron distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. As with all my commission pieces, I took the time to understand my friend's vision and learn about the subject. My goal is to always make something as unique and special as possible, and this painting was no exception.

With a sleek and elegant design, I wanted to highlight the beauty of the Patron tequila bottle, complete with a glowing effect featuring the Patron bee and barrel. Through this painting, I aimed to tell a story - the story of the long distillery process and the barrels used to create this rare tequila. I also wanted to share the story of the blue agave outside the Patron distillery that the bees are highly attracted to. Just like the bees are drawn to the blue agave, I hope others are drawn to this painting.

In creating this piece, I learned that the secret to aged tequila flavor is patience and time, reminding me to practice patience in all aspects of life, especially with myself.
