Painting in progress: “Leopard Eyes” Im trying my best to capture the intensity of leopard eyes in this piece. Did you know leopards can see seven times better in the dark than humans? I, on the other hand, can’t see anything in dark or dim lighting due to my eye condition, retinitis pigmentosa, which I was diagnosed with at 12. But just like the leopard, known for its strength and independence, I’ve learned to adapt and find my own path. “A leopard’s spots are a reminder of its beauty, strength, and ability to stand alone.”
