In 2023, I faced numerous challenges, yet amidst those trials emerged beautiful, enduring memories. My year began with the ambitious goal of crafting a website to showcase my art, while also striving to raise awareness and funds for blindness. Initially, I naively anticipated a two-month journey for the website's creation—how mistaken I was! It evolved into a 10-month odyssey, an incredible learning curve that went beyond just mastering the business aspects. The true challenge lay in shedding the insecurities and shame entwined with my vision lossFinally, on October 14th, 2023, my website went live. The culmination of those 10 months was both a triumph over adversity and a victory of personal growth. Since its launch, I've received heartwarming messages from individuals grappling with vision loss themselves. To have them share their journeys with me, along with offering positive energy and words of encouragement, is an immense honor. The challenging months dedicated to bringing the website to fruition have been vindicated by these uplifting responses.
